This is a book of photographs by Bojan Brecelj, accompanied by texts written by his friends Marko Pogačnik and Aldo Čavić. What makes this work unique is the personal approach of the three authors who, observing through their different lenses, search for universal values in the area of the Stari Grad Plain. By taking such an approach, Stari Grad Plain on the island of Hvar, which is the largest fertile plain on the Adriatic islands, cultivated continuously from prehistory to the present day, and registered on the UNESCO World Heritage List, revealed to the authors the dimensions it hides from the superficial observer.
